fa ارتباط بین آگاهی و نگرش پرستاران در رابطه با کدهای اخلاق پرستاری و تعیین عوامل مؤثر پرستاري Nursing تحليلي/مقطعي/توصيفي Survey/Cross Sectional/Descriptive <p dir="RTL"><strong>سابقه و هدف</strong><em>:</em> <em>رعایت اخلاق پرستاری جزیی از مسئولیت پذیری و تعهد این حرفه است. از آنجا که عملکرد پرستاران باید مطابق با اصول حرفه‌ای باشد، به نظر می­رسد یکی از بهترین روش‌های اطمینان از عمل اخلاقی افزایش آگاهی و نگرش پرستاران در رابطه با کدهای اخلاق پرستاری می باشد</em><em>. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی </em><em>ارتباط بین آگاهی و نگرش پرستاران در رابطه با کدهای اخلاق پرستاری و تعیین عوامل مؤثر</em><em> انجام شد.</em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی</strong><em>:</em> در این <em>تحقیق توصیفی </em><em>–</em><em> مقطعی، </em><em>220 پرستار با روش خوشه­ای انتخاب و اطلاعات لازم توسط پرسش­نامه در سه بخش ویژگی­های فردی، آگاهی و نگرش در خصوص کدهای اخلاق پرستاری جمع آوری گردید</em><em>. </em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته­ ها</strong>: <em>میانگین نمرات کسب شده در حیطه آگاهی (</em><em>64/0</em><em>±</em><em>52/19) </em><em>و نگرش (</em><em>59/0</em><em>±</em><em> 71/17) </em><em>واحدهای پژوهش در حد متوسط بود </em><em>و با افزایش نمرات آگاهی، افزایش معنی­داری در نمرات نگرش پرستاران دیده شد. با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون تی مشخص شد که متاهل­ها نسبت به مجردها نمرات نگرش بهتری و افرادی که سابقه کاری بیشتری دارند نمرات بهتری را در حیطه­های آگاهی و نگرش کسب نموده­اند (05/0></em><em><span dir="LTR">P</span></em><em>)</em><em>. </em></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه</strong>­<strong>گیری</strong><em>:</em> <em>به نظر می­رسد که پرستاران در رابطه با کدهای اخلاق پرستاری نیاز به آموزش بیشتر و مداوم­تری دارند و پیشنهاد می شود که مدیران و  برنامه­ریزان به آموزش کدهای اخلاقی به عنوان جزء مهمی از آموزش توجه بیشتری نمایند تا با توسعه دانش و نگرش پرستاران در رابطه با کدهای اخلاق پرستاری موجب بهبود کیفیت مراقبت گردیم</em><em>.</em></p> <p><strong><span dir="RTL">واژگان کلیدی:</span></strong> <em><span dir="RTL">آگاهی، نگرش، کدهای اخلاق پرستاری</span></em></p> <p><strong>Background</strong>: Nursing ethics is a part of the responsibility and commitment to the nursing profession<strong>. </strong>The nurses&#39 performance must be according to the professional principles. It seems one of the best ways to ensure performing ethical practice is increasing the nurses’ awareness and attitudes about nursing ethics codes. The aim of this study was to assess the relationship between nurses’ awareness and attitude about nursing ethics codes and determine the effective factors.</p> <p><strong>Materials and methods</strong>: In this descriptive cross - sectional study, 108 nurses were selected by cluster sampling. Information was collected by a three- part questionnaire, including demographic characteristics, nursing ethics codes awareness and attitudes. Relationships between variables were estimated by Pearson’s correlation coefficient (r) and independent t-test.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: The mean (± standard deviation) score of awareness (19.52 ±0.64) and attitude (17.71 ± 0.59) of participants were in the middle range and there was statistically significant correlation between mean score of awareness and attitude (r=0.69, p=0.01). There found higher score of attitude for married nurses, and also higher score of awareness and attitude for those have more years of work experiences (P<0.05).</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: The results of this study indicated that the nurses need more and continuously education of nursing ethics codes.
