fa ارتباط سطح سایتوکین‌ها و hs-CRP در کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم و مقایسه آنها باکودکان سالم The relationship between the cytokines and hs-CRP levels in children with autism and their comparison with healthy ones فيزيولوژي Physiology تحليلي/مقطعي/توصيفي Survey/Cross Sectional/Descriptive سابقه و هدف: مطالعات پیشین نشان میدهند که اختلال در سیستم ایمنی در پاتوفیزیولوژی اختلالات طیف اوتیسم (ASD) دخالت دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی برخی سایتوکینهای پیش و ضدالتهابی در سرم خون کودکان اوتیسم و کودکان بهنجار و بررسی همبستگی میزان این سایتوکینها با hs-CRP بود. روش بررسی: سطح سرمی سایتوکینهای IL-1β، IL-1RA، IL-6، IL-10، TNF-α و hs-CRP در بیست پسر دارای ASD در دامنه سنی 6 تا 14 سال و 20 پسر همسن سالم اندازهگیری شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری برای مقایسه متغیرهای مورد پژوهش در دو گروه، و از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون برای ارزیابی ارتباط بین سطوح سایتوکینهای مذکور و hs-CRP، در سطح 05/0>p و نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 21 استفاده شد.  یافتهها: سطح همه سایتوکینها و همچنین hs-CRP در گروه کودکان اوتیسم به طور معنیداری بالاتر از کودکان بهنجار بود (001/0>p)، اما رابطه آماری معنیداری بین بالا بودن سایتوکینها و بالا بودن میزان hs-CRP در کودکان مشاهده نشد (05/0<p). نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که پاسخهای ایمنی غیرطبیعی مانند افزایش سطوح سایتوکینها میتواند بهعنوان یکی از نشانگرهای بیولوژیکی ASD استفاده شوند.   Background: Previous studies suggest that dysregulation of the immune system is involved in the pathophysiology of autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The aim of the present study was to investigate some pre-and anti-inflammatory cytokines in the serum of children with autism and healthy children and to determine the correlation between these cytokines and hs-CRP. Materials and methods: Serum levels of IL-1β, IL-1RA, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α cytokines and hs-CRP were assessed in twenty boys with autism spectrum disorder, aged 6 to 14 years, and 20 healthy controls. To analyze the data, multivariate analysis of variance analysis was used to compare the variables in the two groups, and Pearson correlation coefficient was utilized to assess the relationship between the levels of the cytokines and hs-CRP at the level of 0,05. SPSS software version 21 was used. Results: The results showed that the level of all cytokines as well as hs-CRP in the autistic group was significantly higher than normal children (p<0.001), but there was no statistically significant relationship between cytokines and hs-CRP levels in children with autism (p>0.05).
