fa چالش‌های مدیریت درد بعد از جراحی ارتوپدی در بیماران وابسته به مواد مخدر از دیدگاه بیمار Challenges of pain management after orthopedic surgery in drug-addicted patients from the patient's perspective پرستاري Nursing تحليلي/مقطعي/توصيفي Survey/Cross Sectional/Descriptive سابقه و هدف: مدیریت درد بیماران جراحی شده بخش مهمی از مراقبتهای درمانی پس از عمل است. این مهم در بیماران معتاد به موادمخدر با چالش های گوناگونی همراه است. هدف این مطالعه، تعیین چالشهای مدیریت درد بعد از جراحی ارتوپدی در بیماران وابسته به مواد مخدر از دیدگاه بیماران و تعیین ارتباط بین متغیرها بود. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی که در بیمارستان اختر تهران در سالهای  1399 و 1400  انجام شد، 105 بیمار با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس شرکت کردند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته، شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک بیمار و 16 عبارت در مورد عوامل موثر در مدیریت درد بیماران وابسته به مواد مخدر بود. از نرم افزار SPSS26، آزمونهای پارامتریک t مستقل، آنالیز واریانس و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون برای تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد و سطح معنیداری آزمونها کمتر از 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد.  یافتهها: از دیدگاه آنان "کم بودن میزان داروهای ضد درد" و "بی اثر بودن مسکنها"مهمترین عامل کنترل نامناسب درد آنها بود و سایر چالشهای مطرح در مدیریت درد از اهمیت کمی در کنترل بهینه درد بیماران داشت. نتیجهگیری: درد بیماران وابسته به مواد مخدر بعد از جراحی ارتوپدی، به درستی کنترل نمیشود و چالشهای شناسایی نشدهای وجود دارد که نیازمند بررسی بیشتر است.   Background: Pain management of surgical patients is an important part of postoperative care. This issue is associated with various challenges in drug-addicted patients. The aim of this study was to determine the challenges of pain management after orthopedic surgery in drug-addicted patients from the patient's point of view and to determine the relationship between the variables. Materials and methods: In this descriptive study that was conducted in Akhtar Hospital in Tehran in 2021, 105 patients participated with the available sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire which included the patient's demographic information and 16 statements about effective factors in pain management of drug-addicted patients. SPSS26 software, parametric independent t-tests, analysis of variance and Pearson's correlation coefficient were used for data analysis and the significance level of the tests was considered less than 0.05. Results: From their point of view, "the low amount of painkillers" and "the ineffectiveness of painkillers" were the most important factors in their inadequate pain control, and other challenges in pain management were of little importance in optimal pain control of patients.
