fa ارتباط بین سطح بندی تریاژ با زمان سنجی ماموریت ها در مرکز اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی Relation between triage level and timing of missions in Tabriz Prehospital Emergency Center پرستاري Nursing تحليلي/مقطعي/توصيفي Survey/Cross Sectional/Descriptive <v:line from="3.6pt,2.8pt" id="_x0000_s1026" strokeweight="1.5pt" style="position:absolute; left:0; text-align:left; z-index:251658240" to="480.6pt,2.8pt"> <w:wrap anchorx="page"> </w:wrap></v:line> چکیده سابقه و هدف: تریاژ به مفهوم اولویت بندی بیماران جهت ارائه خدمات درمانی در زمان مناسب است. هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی ارتباط بین زمان سنجی ماموریت ها در اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی با سطح تریاژ بیماران در مرکز اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز بود. روش بررسی: در یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در مرکز اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی و مدیریت حوادث دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در فصل بهار و تابستان سال 1403 تعداد 926 پرونده ماموریت اورژانس ارزیابی شد. وضعیت دموگرافیک و علایم حیاتی بیماران، زمانهای ماموریت (زمان واکنش، زمان پاسخ)، سطح تریاژ و شکایت اولیه بیمار ثبت گردید. ارتباط بین سطح تریاژ با زمانسنجی ماموریت ارزیابی شد.  یافتهها: تعداد 926 ماموریت اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی تبریز بررسی شدند. میانگین سنی بیماران 98/23±48/47 سال بود. از نظر جنسی 595 (3/64 %) بیمار مرد و بقیه زن بودند. شایع ترین ماموریت تروما در اثر حوادث ترافیکی بود. میانه زمان واکنش در سطح تریاژ یک، دو و سه تریاژ به ترتیب 36، 33 و 36 ثانیه بود. میانه زمان پاسخ در سطح تریاژ یک، دو و سه به ترتیب 573، 692 و 515 ثانیه بود. ارتباط آماری معنیداری از نظر زمان واکنش با سطوح تریاژ وجود نداشت (389/0=P value)؛ با اینحال بین زمان پاسخ و سطوح تریاژ ارتباط آماری    معنیداری وجود داشت (003/0=P value). نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد سطح تریاژ بر زمانهای ماموریت تاثیری ندارد. با اینحال زمان واکنش در محدوده استاندارد کشوری بود. لازم است مدیران مربوطه در خصوص اهمیت تریاژ، آموزش های لازم را به کادر واحد دیسپچ ارایه نمایند Abstract Background: Triage refers to prioritizing patients to receive medical services at the right time. This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between the timing of missions in pre-hospital emergency and the level of triage of patients in the pre-hospital emergency center of Tabriz. Materials and methods: In a cross-sectional descriptive study, 926 emergency mission files were evaluated in the pre-hospital emergency and incident management center of Tabriz in April-September 2024. The demographic status and vital signs of the patients, mission times, triage level, and the patient's primary complaint were recorded. The relationship between the triage level and mission timing was evaluated. Results: A total of 926 pre-hospital emergency missions were studied. The mean age of the patients was 47.48±23.98 years. In terms of gender, 595 (64.3%) patients were male and the rest were female. The most common mission was the trauma due to car accident. The median reaction time at triage levels one, two, and three was 36, 33, and 36 seconds, respectively. The median response time at triage levels one, two, and three was 573, 692, and 515 seconds, respectively. There was no statistically significant relationship between response time and triage levels (P- value= 0.389); however, there was a statistically significant relationship between response time and triage levels (P value = 0.003). Conclusion: The results showed that triage level did not affect mission times. However, response time was within the national standard range.
