اثر حفاظت کبدی عصاره چای سبز (Camellia sinensis) در سمیت کبدی ناشی از سم دیازینون در موش‌های ماده

سابقه و هدف: دیازینون سبب افزایش تولید رادیکال­های آزاد و آسیب به بافت­های بدن می­شود. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثر چای سبز روی بافت و آنزیم­های کبد در موش های تیمار شده با دیازینون بود.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه تجربی، 40 سر موش ماده نژاد NMRI به 8 گروه تقسیم شدند: گروه کنترل1 ماده­ای دریافت نکرد؛ گروه کنترل2 و کنترل3 به ترتیب روغن زیتون و سالین را به مدت 7 روز دریافت کردند؛ گروه شاهد1 تزریق IP سم دیازینون را به مقدار mg/kg60 به مدت 7 روز و گروه شاهد2 و شاهد3 عصاره چای سبز را به ترتیب با دوز 200 و 300 mg/kg به مدت 28 روز دریافت کردند؛ گروه آزمایشی 1و2 تحت تیمار با عصاره چای سبز و دیازینون قرار گرفتند، به طوری که ابتدا به ترتیب دوزهای ذکر شده چای سبز را برای 28 روز و دیازینون را به مقدار mg/kg60 از روز 14 به مدت 7 روز متوالی دریافت کردند. 48 ساعت پس از آخرین تزریق بافت کبد جدا شد و بررسی­های هیستوپاتولوژیک و سطح فعالیت آنزیم های کبدی بررسی شد. داده­ها با آزمون ANOVA تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ ها: فعالیت آنزیم­های کبدی در گروه شاهد1 نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش داشت که پس از به کارگیری عصاره چای سبز در گروه­های آزمایشی 1و2 کاهش نشان داد (05/0<P). نتایج هیستوپاتولوژیکی نشان داد که در گروه شاهد1 تخریب هپاتوسیت­های کبدی به همراه نکروز بافتی دیده می­شود که این تغییرات در گروه­های آزمایشی1 و 2 دیده نشد.
نتیجه­ گیری: می­توان نتیجه گرفت که مصرف چای سبز سطح آنزیم­های کبدی را به حالت نرمال برمی­گرداند و تغییرات بافتی کبد که در اثر دیازینون ایجاد می­شود را بهبود می­بخشد.
