مقایسه اثربخشی واقعیت درمانی و رویکرد تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر توانمندی منش در زنان نابارور

سابقه و هدف: ناباروری یکی از شایع­ترین مشکلات زنان است که همواره پیامدهای روانشناختی منفی برای زنان نابارور به همراه دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی و مقایسه اثربخشی واقعیت درمانی و رویکرد تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر توانمندی منش در زنان نابارور بود.  
روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری 45 روزه بود. جامعه پژوهش زنان نابارور مراجعه کننده به کلینیک ناباروری ابن سینا شهر تهران در سال 1397 بودند. نمونه پژوهش 45 نفر )هر گروه 15 نفر( بودند. هر یک از گروههای آزمایش به تفکیک 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه­ای با روش­های واقعیت درمانی و رویکرد تحلیل رفتار متقابل آموزش دیدند و گروه کنترل آموزشی ندید. داده­ها با فرم اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه توانمندی منش (VIA-IS) و با روش­های خی دو، تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22  تحلیل شدند. 
یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد بین اثربخشی واقعیت درمانی و تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر توانمندی منش در زنان نابارور تفاوت معنی­داری وجود دارد (05/0P<به عبارتی دیگر، واقعیت درمانی به نسبت تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر توانمندی منش در زنان نابارور تأثیر بیشتری دارد (05/0P<).
نتیجه­گیری: با توجه به اثربخشی واقعیت درمانی بر توانمندی منش زنان نابارور، توجه به این رویکرد جهت پذیرش مشکل ناباروری و کاهش پیامدهای ناشی از آن در زنان نابارور، در کنار درمان­ های پزشکی ضرورت می­یابد.
