بررسی و مقایسه رشد و تکامل یکسال اول زندگی در نوزادان پره‌ترم و ترم

سابقه و هدف: ارزیابی رشد و تکامل برای داشتن کودکی سالم و شناسایی سریع و به موقع کودکان در معرض خطر به منظور پیشگیری از اثرات نامطلوب اختلالات تکاملی ضرورت دارد، از آنجا که ممکن است رشد و تکامل در کودکان ترم و پره ترم تحت تاثیر شرایط محیطی و اجتماعی تفاوت داشته باشد، این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه رشد و تکامل کودکان در یک سال اول زندگی صورت گرفته است.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه کوهورت گذشته نگر، 252 کودک 12 ماهه بررسی شدند. گروه مواجهه 125 کودک12 ماهه بودند که به صورت پره ترم دیررس (37-33 هفته) متولد شده  بودند و  هم گروه آنها 127 کودک 12 ماهه  ترم بودند. پیامد اصلی ارزیابی وزن، قد و دورسر  به فواصل 2 ماهه بود. پیامد دوم وضعیت تکاملی آنان در 12 ماهگی براساس پرسشنامه  ASQ بود. 
یافت­ه ها: میانگین سنی مادران در گروه ترم 62/5±02/32 و در گروه مواجهه 61/5±68/31 بود. در رابطه با پیامدهای اصلی، وزن و قد با افزایش سن در هر دو گروه افزایش نشان داد و در هر مرحله سنی اختلاف معنی داری بین دو گروه وجود داشت (01/0p=)، اما در مورد دور سر این اختلاف معنی­دار نبود. از نظر تکاملی هر دو گروه در 12 ماهگی تفاوت معنی داری را نشان ندادند.
نتیجه گیری: رشد جسمی نوزادان می­تواند تحت تاثیر نارسی تا یک سالگی ادامه داشته باشد، ولی از نظر تکاملی به جز در حیطه حرکات ظریف نوزادان ترم و پره­ترم تفاوتی را نشان ندادند.
