fa بررسی تماس‌های تلفنی ثبت شده در مراکز اطلاع رسانی داروها و سموم در ایران: یک مطالعه 4 ساله Evaluation of recorded phone calls to Iran’s Drug and Poison Information Centers: a 4 years’ study داروسازي Pharmacology تحليلي/مقطعي/توصيفي Survey/Cross Sectional/Descriptive سابقه و هدف: مراکز اطلاع رسانی داروها و سموم با هدف دسترسی آسان، معتبر و قابل اعتماد به اطلاعات دارویی و درمان مسمومیتها با گروه هدف عموم مردم و گروه علوم پزشکی در معاونت غذا و دارو وزارت بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی و دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی شروع به کار کردهاند. روش بررسی: مطالعه توصیفی حاضر، بر روی دادههای جمع شده از مرکز ملی و مراکز دانشگاهی تحت هدایت ستاد مرکزی اطلاع رسانی داروها و سموم در سالهای 1390، 1391، 1392 و 1394 انجام شد.  یافتهها: مراکز در طول این 4 سال در حدود یک میلیون تماس ثبت شده داشتند که به ترتیب 249873، 224368، 235769 و 250367 نفر در سالهای مورد مطالعه بودند. در حدود  4 %± 2/64 % از تماس گیرندگان خانم بودند. بیشترین تماس از طرف بیماران (2/1 %± 5/54 %) انجام شد. بیشترین تماس گیرندگان در بازه سنی  30-19 سال بودند و بیشتر تماسها با موضوع عوارض ناخواسته دارویی (ADR) انجام شد (96/0 % ± 6/15 %). نتیجهگیری: روند افزایشی تماسها نشانگر افزایش نیاز عمومی به استفاده از خدمات این مراکز است. نیاز به خط جداگانه پاسخگویی برای همکاران گروه پزشکی به شدت احساس میشود. همچنین با توجه به نوع سوالات ثبت شده،  تقویت و توسعه برنامههای آگاهی رسانی و آموزش به بیماران و خانوادههای ایشان در زوایای مختلف دارو درمانی ضروری به نظر میرسد. Background: The Drug and Poison Information Centers (DPICs) in Iran was established as a part of Iran’s Food and Drug Deputy (FDD), supervised by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education (MOH) and in other universities of medical sciences to provide services to the scientific community and public to provide quick, easy, valid and reliable access to medication information and poisoning information. Materials and methods: This descriptive study retrospectively reviewed reported phone calls of DPICs in Iran to central division in Tehran from 2011 to 2013 and 2015. The Phone calls registered in official forms of World Health Organization (WHO). Results: The centers received about one million calls during 4 years’ study, including 249873, 224368, 235769 and 250367 cases each year. About 64.2%±4% of callers were female. Most calls were made by the patients (54.5%±1.2%). The greater number of patients who contacted to the DPICs was in age group of 19-30 years old in all years of study. Calls mostly were focused on Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) (15.6%±0.96%). Conclusion: The increasing of calls showed that need to this kind of services is increased every day, more and more.
