fa بررسی تاثیر آموزش برآگاهی و نگرش دختران دبیرستانهای منطقه 14 تهران نسبت به دوستی با جنس مخالف در سال 1384 علوم تغذيه Nutrition Sciences <div style="text-align: right direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف: </span>دوستی با جنس مخالف به عنوان یک نیاز برای نوجوانان مطرح است، اما از آنجایی که در کشور اسلامی این دوستی ها منع شده است، خانواده ها، مسئولین مدارس و نیروی انتظامی گاه برخوردهای شدیدی به خاطر صحبت تلفنی یا قرار درخیابان با نوجوانان می کنند که منجر به پنهانی شدن این روابط همراه با اضطراب، خشم، افسردگی و. . . می شود که می تواند زمینه ای برای بیماریهای روانی و اخلاقی شود. آموزش می تواند با تغییر نگرش و افزودن آگاهی آنان باعث تغییر در رفتارهای نامناسب در دوستی باجنس مخالف گردد. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">روش بررسی:</span> این پژوهش یک تحقیق نیمه تجربی است که در 90 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر پایه اول و دوم از دو دبیرستان (گروه مورد و شاهد) منطقه 14 تهران که بطور تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شده بودند، انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه ای است که توسط دانش آموزان گروه مورد قبل و بعد از آموزش (6 جلسه آموزش90دقیقه ای به روش بحث گروهی) و گروه شاهد در دو مرحله تکمیل گردید.<br><span style="font-weight: bold"> یافته ها: </span>نتایج نشان داد در آزمون اول بیشترین درصد واحدهای مورد پژوهش در هر دو گروه دارای نگرش و آگاهی متوسط بوده اما بعد از آموزش بیشترین درصد واحدهای مورد پژوهش در گروه مورد نمره نگرش مناسب کسب کردند (001/0p< )، در حالی که درگروه شاهد تفاوت معنی داری در آزمون مرحله دوم مشاهده نشد. <br><span style="font-weight: bold"> نتیجه گیری:</span> نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نیاز به اجرای برنامه های آموزشی منظم و موثر را جهت ارتقا سطح آگاهی و نگرش دانش آموزان درباره حدود دوستی با جنس مخالف مورد تایید قرار می دهد. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background:</span> Friendship with the opposite sex is a need for adolescence however, this kind of friendship is prohibited according to the Islamic laws in our country, therefore, parents, school authorities and disciplinary force may have intense reactions with their adolescence. These reactions may lead to secret relationship which it naturally associated with anxiety, depression and nervousness in adolescence which in turn may lead to mental disorders. Education could change attitude and increase teenagers' knowledge towards a suitable behaviour in friendship with the opposite sex. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods:</span> It was a quasi experimental study that was performed on 90 girl students of two high schools (case and control groups) in Tehran district 14.They were selected by cluster randomly sampling. Data were gathered through questionnaires. Having collected the initial data, six sessions were run for the case group (each 90 minutes), then, all the subjects were requested to recomplete the questionnaire. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results: </span>Results have revealed that in the pretest analysis, most of the subjects had a moderate attitude and knowledge, however, following the education, most of the cases acquired suitable attitude and knowledge (p<0.001), while the differences among controls were not statistically significant. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Conclusion:</span> Results demonstrated the necessity of regular effective educative programs for high school students in order to promote their knowledge and attitude towards the friendship with the opposite sex. آموزش، آگاهی، نگرش، تفکر انتقادی، دوستی با جنس مخالف.
