fa گزارش یک مورد سل مفصل زانو اپيدميولوژي Epidemiology گزارش موردي Case Report بیماری سل مفصل و استخوان بیماری مزمنی است که باعث تخریب مفاصل و استخوان ها می شود. بیمار حاضر، خانمی است که با علایم درد و تورم مفصل زانوی راست به بیمارستان امام حسین (ع) شاهرود مراجعه نمود.شکایت اصلی وی درد، تورم و محدودیت حرکت در مفصل زانوی راست بود که از دو هفته قبل از مراجعه ایجاد شده بود. سپس توده ای متورم و نسبتا بزرگ در پشت زانوی راست نمایان گردید که بعد از یک هفته دچار فیستول خود بخودی شد. درهنگام بستری، تب خفیف، تورم پشت زانوی راست، درد و محدودیت حرکت در زانوی راست وجود داشت. در بررسی های آزمایشگاهی ESR 55 گزارش گردید. در رادیولوژی مفصل زانوی راست کاهش سطح و فاصله مفصلی وجود داشت. بررسی مایع مفصلی از نظر باسیل اسید فاست مثبت بود. پس از تایید سل مفصل زانو، رژیم درمانی استاندارد ضد سل شروع شد و پس از 2 ماه، علایم درگیری مفصل زانوی راست برطرف گردید. Ostheoarticular tuberculosis is a chronic disease that destroys bones and joints. A woman presented to Imam Hossein hospital because of pain, joint swelling and limitation of joint motion in her right knee. Her chief complaints were pain, swelling and limitation of right knee motion from 2 week ago. There was a large mass around the knee with spontaneously drainage after one week of swelling. At admission, she had mild fever, swelling in the posterior of right knee joint, tenderness and limitation of join motion. ESR was reported 55 mm/ 1 hour. Imaging showed narrowing of the joint cleft. Acid-fast staining organism of joint fluid was positive. After confirming tuberculosis of knee joint, standard anti-tuberculosis regimen was started.
