fa بررسی کیفی تمایل به استفاده از IUD نوع هندی (Pregna) در خانم‌های مراجعه کننده به مرکز بهداشتی– درمانی بدر اپيدميولوژي Epidemiology <div style="text-align: right direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف:</span> از معضلات وسیله داخل رحمی(IUD)، خروج زودتر از موعد است که کارآیی آن را کاهش می دهد. در این مطالعه کیفی، تمایل زنان همسردار 45-15 ساله در استفاده از IUD های نوع جدید هندی ((pregna بررسی شد. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">روش بررسی:</span> این مطالعه به طریق کیفی و با استفاده از روش مصاحبه گروهی متمرکز (FGD) در سه گروه از زنان و چهار مصاحبه عمیق فردی (IDI) انجام گرفت. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها: </span>مصاحبه های گروهی متمرکز نشان داد که افراد اطلاعات خوبی از روش های پیشگیری از حاملگی داشتند و بیشترشان از IUD به عنوان روشی آسان و مطمئن یاد می کردند. اکثر آنان عوارض IUD را خونریزی بیشتر، لکه بینی، عفونت، کمر درد و پا درد می دانستند و در گروهی که به علت عوارض، IUD را خارج کرده بودند بیشترین مشکل خونریزی و لکه بینی و به میزان کمتری عفونت بود. بر اساس مصاحبه های عمیق فردی، در ابتدای استفاده از این نوع IUD موارد خروج خیلی زیادتر بود و عوارضی مثل خونریزی و لکه بینی در این نوع بیشتر از انواع قبلی بود. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">نتیجه گیری:</span> توصیه می شود با دقت بیشتر در انتخاب نوع IUD و نحوه گذاشتن آن و انجام مطالعات بیشتر در مقایسه بین IUD مصرفی فعلی با انواع دیگر موجود در بازار، بتوان با انتخاب بهترین گزینه، شاهد ارتقاء سیاست های تنظیم خانواده در کشور باشیم. واژگان کلیدی: IUD، خروج، عوارض. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background:</span> Elective expulsion is a complication of intrauterine devices (IUDs) that decreases the efficacy and using of IUDs. In this qualitative study, the tendency of 15-45 year fertile women towards using Indian T IUD (Pregnan) in Badr health center was evaluated. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Material and methods:</span> Three focus groups discussions (FGD) with women and four individual in-depth interviews (IDI) with health care providers and obstetricians were done. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results:</span> Focus group discussions showed that women were quiet familiar with contraceptive methods and IUD was accepted as a safe and easy method. Bleeding, spotting, infection and back pain were the most important complications. In the group that had chosen elective expulsion of IUD, the main complications were bleeding, spotting and less infection. According to individual in-depth interviews results, elective expulsion and complications of this type of IUD were more than earlier IUDs.<br><span style="font-weight: bold"> Conclusion:</span> It is recommended that the selection and insertion of IUDs should be done with utmost care. Furthermore, more qualitative and quantitative researches need to be conducted to compare the different IUDs on the market to be able to recommend the most suitable ones to women. It is thought these and other related actions that the best family planning policies can be adopted and programs implemented in the country.
