fa علل غیبت از کلاس و عدم توجه به درس در بین دانشجویان رشته پزشکی مقطع علوم پایه در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد پزشکی تهران پرستاري Nursing تحليلي/مقطعي/توصيفي Survey/Cross Sectional/Descriptive <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف: </span>یادگیری مطالب درسی توسط دانشجویان، سنگ بنای یک سیستم آموزشی است و همه مسائل دیگر حول این محور اساسی و مهم قرار دارند. یکی از پایه‌های یادگیری و درک و فهم مطالب درسی حضور دانشجو در کلاس و توجه به درس می‌باشد و غیبت از کلاس و عدم توجه به درس می‌تواند باعث سست شدن این هدف مهم یعنی یادگیری شود. در این مطالعه، علل غیبت از کلاس و عدم توجه به درس در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی بررسی شد. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">روش بررسی</span> در این پژوهش علی- مقایسه‌ای، 378 نفر از دانشجویان مقطع علوم پایه به صورت سرشماری شرکت داشتند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه 3 بخشی محقق ساخته استفاده شد. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> در بین عوامل چهارگانه مؤثر در غیبت دانشجویان از کلاس، عملکرد اساتید بالاترین و بیشترین تأثیر را در غیبت دانشجویان از کلاس داشت و پس از آن مشکلات آموزشی قرار داشت. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">نتیجه گیری:</span> با توجه به نتیجه به دست آمده، ارزیابی دقیق و مستمر کیفیت تدریس اساتید، برگزاری کارگاه‌های روش تدریس، فن بیان و برقراری ارتباط موفق برای اساتید به ویژه اساتید تازه کار و نیازمند بهبود و همچنین اصلاح برنامه‌ها و مقرات آموزشی کمک زیادی در علاقه مند کردن دانشجویان نسبت به کلاس خواهد کرد. <span style="font-weight: bold">Background:</span> Learning is considered as the basis of the education system, and the other issues in this field depend on this important factor. The students’ presence and their participation in the classroom are considered as the foundation for learning and education. This study was conducted to assess the causes of absenteeism and lack of attention to the instructions among medical students of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Medical Branch. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods:</span> The participants of this causal- comparative study consisted of 375 students from basic medical science group. The instrument used for the present study was a 3- section form designed by the researcher himself.<br><span style="font-weight: bold"> Results:</span> Among the 4 factors affecting students’ presence in the classroom, the instructors’ performance was the major cause of their absenteeism and the next parameter was educational programming.
