بررسی ارتباط کیفیت زندگی و خودکار آمدی در بیماران تحت جراحی پیوند عروق کرونر بستری در بیمارستان‌های تأمین اجتماعی تهران

سابقه و هدف: ارتقای کیفیت زندگی یکی از فاکتورهای اصلی تعیین کننده اثربخشی جراحی های بای پس عروق کرونر به شمار  می­رود. خودکارآمدی زمینه را برای بهبود بیماری، پیشگیری از عود و افزایش کیفیت زندگی فراهم می­کند. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی ارتباط خودکارآمدی و کیفیت زندگی در بیماران تحت عمل جراحی پیوند عروق کرونر بود.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی در سال 1395 بر روی 255 بیمار تحت جراحی پیوند عروق کرونر در بیمارستان­های تامین اجتماعی شهر تهران انجام شد. گردآوری داده­ها از طریق 3 پرسش­نامه شامل داده­های دموگرافیک، سنجش کیفیت زندگی مک نیو و پرسش­نامه خودکارآمدی عمومی انجام گرفت. داده­های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون­های آماری t مستقل، آنالیز واریانس و آنالیز رگرسیون از طریق نرم افزار SPSS-v22 تحلیل شد.
یافته­ها: 9/12 درصد نمونه­های پژوهش دارای کیفیت زندگی ضعیف بودند و 1/78 درصد آنان وضعیت متوسط داشتند. وضعیت خودکارآمدی 6/77 درصد متوسط و 4/22 درصد بالا بود. نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی مثبت و معنی­داری بین خودکارآمدی و کیفیت زندگی وجود داشت (001/0p=،327/0=r). بر اساس نتایج مدل رگرسیونی، 15 درصد کیفیت زندگی و 23 درصد خودکارآمدی افراد بر اساس متغیرهای دموگرافیک قابل تبیین بود (05/0>p).
نتیجه­گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که اکثر نمونه­های پژوهش دارای کیفیت زندگی و خودکارآمدی متوسط بودند و بین کیفیت زندگی و خودکارآمدی ارتباط معنی­داری وجود داشت. بر این اساس، لازم است مداخلات آموزشی توسط کادر بالینی برای ارتقای خودکارآمدی بیماران طراحی و اجرا شود و از این طریق زمینه برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی آنان فراهم آید.
