اثر فرولیک اسید بر یادگیری حرکتی- شناختی در مدل بیش فعالی ناشی از تری‌متیل‌تین

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: تری­متیل­تین (Trimethyltin; TMT) اورگانوتینی است که تجویز پریناتال آن سبب تخریب انتخابی قشر مغز، هیپوکامپ و بروز بیش فعالی می­شود. هدف این پژوهـــــش، ارزیابی اثر فرولیک اسید بر بهبود اختلال در یادگیری حرکتی - شناختی در موشهای صحرایی متعاقب مسمومیت پریناتال با TMT بود.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه تجربی، 30 سر موش صحرایی باردار نژاد ویستار به صورت تصادفی در 5 گروه تقسیم شدند: گروه‌های کنترل، دریافت کننده نرمال سالین (TMT+Saline) و  دریافت کننده فرولیک اسید (TMT+FER25، TMT+FER50 و TMT+FER100). TMT به صورت درون صفاقی (9 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن) به موشهای صحرایی باردار در روز 14 بارداری تزریق شد. فرولیک اسید در دوزهای 25، 50 و 100 میلی­گرم از روز 12 تا 18 بارداری تجویز شد. آزمون­ محفظه باز برای ارزیابی حرکات لوکوموتور و رفتار اضطرابی، آزمون راه رفتن شعاعی و شبکه­ای جهت سنجش یادگیری حرکتی و آزمون ماز Y  برای ارزیابی حافظه کاری در نوزادان انجام شد. داده­ها با آزمون ANOVA و تعقیبی توکی تحلیل شدند. 
یافته ها: افزایش رفتارهای شبه اضطرابی، کاهش یادگیری حرکتی و حافظه کاری در گروه TMT+Saline نسبت به گروه کنترل دیده شد. هرچند، تجویز فرولیک اسید سبب بهبود قابل توجهی در تناوب صحیح حرکتی، یادگیری حرکتی و کاهش اضطراب شد (05/0>p).
نتیجه ­گیری: مسمومیت پریناتال باTMT ، سبب اختلال در یادگیری و توجه در موش‌های صحرایی می‌شود و فرولیک اسید احتمالاً نواقص شناختی-رفتاری ناشی از آن را کاهش می­دهد.
