بررسی فراوانی ژنوتایپ سویه‌های مایکوباکتریوم توبرکلوزیس جدا شده از بیماران مسلول مراجعه کننده به انستیتو پاستور ایران

سابقه و هدف: بیماری سل به عنوان تهدیدی برای سلامت بهداشت جهانی مطرح است. بررسی اپیدمیولوژی بیماری سل می‌تواند در شناسایی منبع عفونت، سویه­های غالب در حال گردش و دستیابی به مسیرهای انتقال در دنیا، نقش موثری داشته باشد. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین ژنوتایپ سویه های مایکوباکتریوم توبرکلوزیس بیماران مراجعه کننده به انستیتو پاستور ایران در سال­های 1397-1396 بود.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه، 50 سویه تایید شده از نظر عفونت مایکوباکتریوم توبرکلوزیس مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. سویه های مایکوباکتریوم توبرکلوزیس بعد از شناسایی و تعیین الگوی حساسیت دارویی با روش MIRU-VNTR (Mycobacterial Interspersed Repetitive Unit Variable Number Tandem Repeat)، تعیین ژنوتایپ شدند. 
یافته ها: ژنوتایپ­های شناسایی شده CAS/Delhi (42%)، Haarlem (%24)، NEW-1 (%10)، LAM (%8)، Beijing  (%8)،Cameroon  (%4)، EAI (%2) و S (%2) تعیین شدند و سه کلونال کمپلکس و 44 سویه singleton شناسایی شدند. در سویه های مقاوم،ژنوتایپ Beijing، ژنوتایپ غالب بود. هم چنین لوکوس های QUB26 و QUB4156 دارای بالاترین قدرت افتراق و تنوع آللی بودند.
نتیجه ­گیری: ژنوتایپ CAS/Delhi وBeijing  به ترتیب به عنوان ژنوتایپ­های غالب در سویه­های حساس به دارو و MDR معرفی شدند.
