fa فراوانی علایم افسردگی، اضطراب منتشر، وسواسی و ترس مرضی در فاز اینترایکتال مبتلایان به صرع اپيدميولوژي Epidemiology <p><span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف</span>: هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی برخی علایم روانپزشکی شامل افسردگی، اضطراب منتشر، وسواس و ترس مرضی در فاز اینترایکتال بیماران مبتلا به صرع بود.<br> <span style="font-weight: bold">روش بررسی</span>: در این مطالعه توصیفی، ??7 بیمار مبتلا به صرع مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه نورولوژی دانشگاه امام حسین و انجمن صرع ایران در سال ???? بررسی شدند. چک لیستی شامل متغیرهای دموگرافیک و پرسش نامه (symptoms check list) SCL-90-Rشامل سوالات مربوط به افسردگی، اضطراب منتشر، وسواسی-جبری و ترس مرضی تکمیل گردید.<br> <span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها</span>: فراوانی نسبی علایم افسردگی، اضطراب منتشر، وسواسی-جبری، و ترس مرضی به ترتیب 4/55، 9/44، ?/?? و ?/?? درصد بود. علایم ترس مرضی ارتباط معنی داری با سطح تحصیلات کمتر (03/?=P)، بیکاری (01/?=P) و سن بیشتر (01/?=P) داشت. علایم وسواسی اجباری (04/?=P) و اضطراب منتشر (04/P=?) با افزایش سن ارتباط معنی داری داشت. علایم مورد بررسی با جنس، وضعیت تاهل، میزان مصرف دارو، طول مدت ابتلا و نوع صرع ارتباط آماری معنی داری نداشت .(NS)<br> <span style="font-weight: bold">نتیجه گیری</span>: در این مطالعه، علایم افسردگی و وسواسی-جبری در درجه اول و علایم اضطراب منتشر و ترس مرضی در درجه بعد، از علل موربیدیتی مبتلایان به صرع در فواصل بین حملات صرع بودند. بر این اساس، همکاری نزدیک بین روانپزشکان و متخصصین اعصاب در رویکرد درمانی بیماری صرع ضروری می نماید.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Background</span>: The aim of this study was to assess the frequency of symptoms of depression, general anxiety, obsessive compulsive and phobia in interictal phase among patients suffering from epilepsy.<br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods</span>: This cross sectional observational study was performed on 137 outpatients referred to neurology clinic of Imam Hossein hospital in 2004. All patients were in the interictal phase. Demographic and epilepsy variables and a questionnaire including items asking about depression, general anxiety, obsessive compulsive and phobia of SCL-90-R (symptoms check list-90- revised) was completed.<br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Results</span>: Relative frequency of depression, general anxiety, obsessive compulsive, and phobia was 55.4%, 44.9%, 55.8% and 23.2%, respectively. Phobia symptoms were associated with lower educational level (p=0.029), unemployment (p=0.013) and older age (p=0.013). The symptoms of obsessive compulsive (p=0.041) and general anxiety (p=0.044) were associated with older age. Different psychiatric symptoms were not correlated with sex, amount of drug use, marital status and the duration of the disease or type of epilepsy.<br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Conclusion</span>: Our findings highlighted that depression and obsessive compulsive symptoms in the first grade and general anxiety and phobia in the second grade are among the causes of morbidity among epileptic patients. Psychiatric symptoms are suspected to be higher in older, unemployed, and less educated epileptic patients.
