fa بررسی ارتباط BMI مادر قبل از بارداری و پاریتی با تغییرات وزن و BMI شش ماه پس از زایمان در مادران مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان جواهری و سایر مراکز وابسته به دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در سال 1385 اپيدميولوژي Epidemiology <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف</span>: ارتباط بین حفظ وزن بعد از زایمان و BMI مادر قبل از بارداری و پاریتی بحث برانگیز است. حفظ وزن افزایش یافته در طی بارداری می تواند یک عامل مهم در عوارض مرتبط با چاقی باشد. این مطالعه جهت تعیین تاثیر BMI مادر قبل از بارداری و پاریتی بر روی تغییرات وزن و BMI شش ماه پس از زایمان انجام شد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">روش بررسی</span>: در مطالعه ای توصیفی-طولی، 503 زن زایمان کرده 15 تا 45 سال که زایمانی ترم و بدون عارضه داشتند و منحصرا تا شش ماه پس از زایمان، از شیر خود جهت تغذیه فرزندشان استفاده می کردند، تا شش ماه پس از زایمان در بیمارستان جواهری و سایر مراکز وابسته به دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در سال 1385 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در این مطالعه قد و وزن زنان اندازه گرفته شد. اثر BMI مادر در قبل از بارداری بر روی تغییرات وزن شش ماه پس از زایمان در پاریتی ثابت و هم چنین اثر پاریتی بر روی تغییرات وزن شش ماه پس از زایمان در BMI ثابت بررسی شد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها</span>: ارتباطی بین پاریتی، قد، درآمد خانوادگی، وسیله پیشگیری از بارداری، روش زایمان و سن با تغییرات وزن شش ماه پس از زایمان وجود نداشت. اما در پاریتی ثابت (پاریتی بیشتر از دو)، ارتباطی بین BMI قبل از بارداری و تغییرات وزن شش ماه پس از زایمان وجود داشت.ن<br><span style="font-weight: bold">تیجه گیری</span>: بر اساس دانسته های ما، زنان با وزن بیش از حد قبل از بارداری، اگر پاریتی 3 و یا بیشتر باشد، خطر بیشتری برای حفظ وزن دارند. این یافته ها از نیاز به راهنمایی هایی جهت پیشگیری از حفظ وزن بیش از حد مرتبط با بارداری حمایت می کند. <span style="font-weight: bold">Background</span>: The relation between postpartum weight retention and pre-pregnancy BMI and parity is controversial. Pregnancy has been cited as a contributor to overweight in women. Retention of gestational weight can be a significant contributor to obesity related complications. This study was performed to identify the impact of pre-pregnancy BMI and parity on weight change and BMI at 6 months postpartum. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods</span>: In a prospective cohort study, 503 parous women, 15-45 years old who delivered full-term, without complication and exclusively breastfed till 6 months, were assessed at 6 months postpartum in Javaheri hospital and other related centers to Islamic Azad University in 1385. The participants filled out questionnaires. The survey measured woman's weight and height. The information was used to compute each woman's pregnancy BMI, pregnancy weight gain and postpartum weight loss. The samples were analyzed to assess the impact of pre-pregnancy BMI on weight change at 6 months postpartum in fixed parity and the impact of parity on weight change at 6 months postpartum in fixed pre-pregnancy BMI. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results</span>: There were no associations between parity, height, family income, contraception, mode of delivery, age and weight changes at 6 months postpartum. There were associations between pre-pregnancy BMI and weight changes at 6 months postpartum if parity fixed (p>2). <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Conclusion</span>: To our knowledge, overweight women before pregnancy have higher risk of postpartum weight retention if parity were 3 or more.
