fa بررسی تاثیر سبک زندگی در بروز هایپربیلی روبینمی(زردی) ایدیوپاتیک نوزادان مادران ساکن تهران Role of lifestyle factors of mothers on the incidence of idiopathic hyperbilirubinemia (jaundice) of their neonates in Tehran داروسازي Pharmacology تحليلي/مقطعي/توصيفي Survey/Cross Sectional/Descriptive سابقه و هدف: با توجه به شیوع هیپربیلی روبینمی ایدیوپاتیک نوزادان و ناشناخته بودن رابطه بین سبک زندگی و کیفیت بروز اختلالات، این مطالعه مورد شاهدی صورت گرفت. روش بررسی: 120 جفت مادر و نوزاد (60 جفت بدون زردی به عنوان گروه شاهد و 60 جفت مبتلا به زردی به عنوان گروه مورد) در بیمارستان شهید اکبرآبادی تهران در بازه زمانی 1396 الی 1397بررسی شدند.  اطلاعات پرونده مادران و نوزادان هردو گروه و پرسشنامه حاصل از مصاحبه حضوری با نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 24 تحلیل شد. برای تحلیل آماری از روش‌های آماری Student T test و Chi-square استفاده شد و ریسک فاکتورها با تست Mann-Whitney U بین گروه مورد و شاهد محاسبه شد.  یافتهها: از بین عوامل مختلف مختل کننده سیستم اندوکراین، سابقه  مواجهه مادران با مواد شوینده خانگی  نزدیک 5 برابر (852/11 – 074/2 CI=، 958/4 OR=، 0001/0 p=) و استفاده دائم از خوشبو کننده های هوا بیش از 16 برابر ( 292/129 – 06/2 CI=، 319/16 OR=، 001/0 P=)، ریسک بروز زردی نوزادان را افزایش داد. فاکتورهای دموگرافیک مادران، مصرف سیگار، الکل، مواجهه با میدانهای الکترومغناطیسی و سایر عوامل مختل کننده، عملا ارتباطی با افزایش خطر بروز زردی ایدیوپاتیک نوزادان نشان ندادند. نتیجهگیری: نتایج این مطالعه برای نخستین بار نقش عوامل مختل کننده سیستم اندوکراین ناشی از سبک زندگی ناسالم را در افزایش سطح بیلی روبین نوزادان نشان میدهد، اما قطیعت آن نیاز به مطالعات ارزیابی ریسک و مطالعات اپیدمیولوژیک گسترده تری دارد. Background: Hyperbilirubinemia is a neonatal ubiquitous condition but the role of life style factors and endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) on the incidence of this globally prevalent symptoms remained unclear. This study aimed to determine the role of EDCs and other predisposition factors in this regard. Materials and methods: At first, 120 mothers and infants (60 pairs as control and 60 pairs as cases) were conveniently sampled after delivery and before their discharge. The mothers were interviewed and their case records were reviewed for risk factors for neonatal jaundice using SPSS software 24. We used student's t test for parametric and Chi-square test for non-parametric analysis of variables. Risk factors calculated by Mann-Whitney U test and p- values< 0.05, OR>1 and CI> 1 were considered as significant difference and jaundice risk factors respectively. Results: Out of different demographical and lifestyle factors including exposure to outdoor and indoor chemicals, extensive exposure to air fresheners (OR=16.319, 95%CI=2.06-129.292, p=0.001) and detergents (OR=4.958, 95%CI=2.074-11.852, p=0.0001) were considered as two major life style predisposing factors of idiopathic hyperbilirubinemia.
