fa بررسی تطبیقی میزان و نحوه استفاده از مکانیسم های دفاعی در بین بیماران دیابتی و افراد سالم در سال 1386 اپيدميولوژي Epidemiology <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف</span>: امروزه با افزایش مسوولیت و پیچیده تر شدن روابط اجتماعی و افزایش بیماری های روانی لازم است انسان ها، به ویژه بیماران خاص با روش های مقابله ای و مکانیسم های دفاعی روانی آشنایی بیشتری پیدا کنند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تطبیقی میزان و نحوه استفاده از مکانیسم های دفاعی در بین بیماران دیابتی و افراد سالم بود.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">روش بررسی</span>: در این مطالعه مورد شاهدی، از بین 500 بیمار دیابتی مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان امام خمینی اردبیل در سال های 86-85، 40 نفر دیابتی به روش نمونه گیری سیستماتیک و 40 فرد سالم با استفاده از روش همتاسازی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسش نامه ای بود که توسط قمری (1383) از روی مقیاس کارکرد دفاعی DSM-IV تهیه شده بود. از آزمون t مستقل برای تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها</span>: بین تحصیلات و اشتغال با نحوه استفاده از مکانیسم های دفاعی رابطه معنی داری وجود داشت، اما میزان استفاده از مکانیسم های دفاعی در بین مردان و زنان، بیمار و غیربیمار و مجرد و متاهل تفاوتی نداشت.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">نتیجه گیری</span>: به طور کلی افراد دیابتی و غیردیابتی، به خصوص افرادی با تحصیلات پایین تر و بیکار، نیاز به اطلاعات بیشتری در مورد مکانیسم های دفاعی دارند. <span style="font-weight: bold">Background</span>: Nowadays, social relations have been become more complex and mental diseases have been raised. So, it will be necessary that people become more familiar with methods of opposition and psychological defense mechanisms which is especially important for individuals with special diseases. Purpose of the present research was to study the level and way of using defense mechanisms by diabetic and healthy people. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods</span>: In this case-control study, among 500 diabetic people who visited in Imam Khomeini hospital of Ardebil in years 2006– 2007, 40 diabetic and 40 healthy people were selected by systematic sampling method. Information was gathered by means of a questionnaire prepared by Qamari (1383) according to defense function measure (DSM-IV). Data were compared between two groups by t-test. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">Results</span>: There was significant relation between education and job with the way of how using defense mechanisms.
