fa ارتباط نیازهای مراقبت حمایتی برآورده نشده با ویژگی های دموگرافیک در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان انكولوژي Oncology تحليلي/مقطعي/توصيفي Survey/Cross Sectional/Descriptive <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">سابقه و هدف</span><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Nazanin">:</span></span></em> <em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">مراقبت حمایتی فراهم کردن خدمات ضروری و لازم برای زندگی با سرطان در جهت تاًمین انواع نیازهای بیماران در تمام مراحل بیماری </span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">است</span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> که بدون درک خوب از نیازهای بیماران رخ نخواهد داد. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف</span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> تعیین ارتباط </span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">نیازهای مراقبت حمایتی برآورده نشده در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان انجام گرفت</span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">. </span></em></strong></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">روش بررسی</span><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">:</span></em> <em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی روی 350 بیمار مبتلا به <a href="https://www.sid.ir/search/paper/سرطان/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank">سرطان</a> مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران با استفاده از نمونه گیری در دسترس در سال 1402 انجام شد. از پرسشنامه نیازهای مراقبتی حمایتی بیماران مبتلا به <a href="https://www.sid.ir/search/paper/سرطان/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank">سرطان</a> </span></em><em><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">(supportive care need survey) </span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">که دارای پنج حیطه نیازهای جسمی و عملکرد روزانه، سیستم سلامت و اطلاعات، حمایتی و مراقبت از بیمار، روانی و جنسی بود، استفاده شد. تحلیل داده&shy;ها با استفاده از </span></em><em><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">SPSS</span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> نسخه 26 و آمار توصیفی و استنباطی صورت گرفت.&nbsp; </span></em></strong></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">یافته</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt">&shy;</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt">ها:</span> <em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">بیماران در حیطه جسمی و عملکرد روزانه نیاز &nbsp;بیشتر (7/27</span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">&plusmn;</span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">52/101) و درحیطه جنسی کمترین نیاز (5/33</span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">&plusmn;</span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">91/53) را داشتند. </span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">بین متغیرهای وضعیت تاهل، شغل، نحوه زندگی، اعتیاد و سطح تحصیلات با </span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">نیازهای </span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">مراقبت حمایتی رابطه آماری معنی داری در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان وجود داشت </span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">(001/0</span></em><em><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt">p<</span></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">).</span></em></strong></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">نتیجه </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt">&shy;</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt">گیری</span><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">:</span></em> <em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">این مطالعه نشان داد نیازهای برآورده نشده در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان در حیطه جسـمی و عملکـرد روزانـه از میزان بالایی برخوردار است</span></em><em><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">.</span></em><em> </em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt">هر چند که تایید این یافته &shy;ها به مطالعات بیشتری نیاز دارد.</span></em></strong></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Background</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt">: </span><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Supportive care is providing necessary and necessary services for living with cancer in order to meet the needs of patients in all stages of the disease, which will not happen without a good understanding of the needs of patients. Therefore, the present study was conducted to determine the correlation between unmet supportive care needs and demographic characteristics in patients with various types of cancer</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt">. </span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Materials and methods</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt">: </span><span style="font-size:11.0pt">This descriptive-analytical study was conducted on 350 cancer patients referred to medical centers affiliated to Tehran Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences using available sampling in 2023. The questionnaire of supportive care needs of cancer patients (supportive care needs survey) was used, which had five areas of physical needs and daily functioning, health and information system, support and patient care, mental and sexual. Data analysis were done using SPSS version 26 and descriptive and inferential statistics</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt">. </span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Results</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt">: </span><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The patients had the most need in the physical area and daily functioning (101.52&plusmn;27.7) and the least need in the sexual area (53.91&plusmn;33.5). There was a significant statistical correlation between the variables of marital status, occupation, lifestyle, addiction and level of education with supportive care needs in cancer patients (p<0.001)</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt">.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Conclusion</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt">: </span><span style="font-size:11.0pt">This study showed that the unmet needs of cancer patients are high in physical and daily functioning.
