fa مقایسه میزان مهارت های تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان ترم اول و ترم آخر مقطع کارشناسی پیوسته رشته های منتخب دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران Comparing critical thinking skills of first- and last-term baccalaureate students of nursing, midwifery and occupational therapy of medical Universities of Tehran city روانپرستاري Psychiatric Nursing تحليلي/مقطعي/توصيفي Survey/Cross Sectional/Descriptive سابقه و هدف: کسب "مهارتهای تفکر انتقادی (Critical thinking skills)" در آموزش علوم پزشکی به عنوان هدف غایی آموزش به حساب میآید. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تعیین و مقایسه میزان مهارتهای تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان ترم اول و ترم آخر مقطع کارشناسی پیوسته رشته‌های پرستاری، مامایی و کاردرمانی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1385 – 1384 بود.روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی– مقایسهای است. در این پژوهش، 426 نفر دانشجوی ترم اول و ترم آخر مقطع کارشناسی پیوسته پرستاری، مامایی و کاردرمانی که در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 85- 1384 مشغول به تحصیل بودند، به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند و برگه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه "آزمون مهارتهای تفکر انتقادی کالیفرنیا فرم ب" را تکمیل نمودند. یافتهها: بین نمره کل تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان ترم اول با دانشجویان ترم آخر در رشته پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی و همچنین رشته مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت (به ترتیب 04/0<span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.2pt FONT-SIZE: 10pt FONT-WEIGHT: normal mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt mso-bidi-font-weight: bold mso-bidi-language: FA mso-no-proof: yes mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Nazanin'" dir="ltr">p< و 03/0<span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.2pt FONT-SIZE: 10pt FONT-WEIGHT: normal mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt mso-bidi-font-weight: bold mso-bidi-language: FA mso-no-proof: yes mso-bidi-font-family: 'B Nazanin'" dir="ltr">p<<span style="FONT-FAMILY: "B Nazanin" LETTER-SPACING: -0.2pt FONT-SIZE: 12pt mso-ansi-font-size: 10.0pt mso-bidi-font-weight: bold mso-ansi-font-weight: normal mso-bidi-language: FA mso-no-proof: yes" lang="FA">). اما درنمرات سایر گروهها تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نشد. همچنین نمره کل تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان، در رشتههای تحصیلی و دانشگاههای مختلف با یکدیگر تفاوت معنیداری نداشت. نتیجه گیری:<span style="FONT-FAMILY: "B Nazanin" FONT-SIZE: 12pt mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-ansi-font-size: 10.0pt mso-ansi-font-weight: bold mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US mso-no-proof: yes mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'" dir="rtl" lang="FA">یافته های این پژوهش نشان میدهد افزایش قابل ملاحظهای در میزان "مهارتهای تفکر انتقادی" دانشجویان ترم آخر صورت نگرفته است که علت آن میتواند عدم توجه کافی به آموزش "مهارتهای تفکر انتقادی" در طی دوران تحصیل باشد<span style="FONT-FAMILY: "B Nazanin" FONT-SIZE: 12pt mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-ansi-font-size: 10.0pt mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US mso-no-proof: yes mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'" dir="rtl" lang="FA">. Background: Mastery in critical thinking skills is the ultimate goal of learning in medical education. This study was conducted to determine and compare critical thinking skills of first- and last-term baccalaureate students of nursing, midwifery and occupational therapy among medical Universities of Tehran city in 2006. Materials and Methods: This descriptive- comparative study was performed on 426 freshman and senior students of three medical Universities of Tehran city, including Shaheed Beheshti, Tehran and Iran. The students were completed a demographic form and California Critical Thinking Skills Test (Form B) . Results : There was a significant difference between total critical thinking scores of the first- and last-term students of nursing and midwifery in Shaheed Beheshti and Iran Universities ((p<0.04 and P<0/03, respectively), while there was no significant difference in other groups. In addition, no significant difference was found in total critical thinking scores of students at different disciplines and Universities. Conclusion: This study showed no significant increase in critical thinking skills of senior students.
