تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر شادکامی پرستاران بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه کودکان: یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی

سابقه و هدف: شادکامی با دقت و رضایت شغلی پرستاران مرتبط است و بر کیفیت خدمات تاثیر می‌گذارد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر شادکامی پرستاران بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه کودکان انجام شد.
روش بررسی: یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون بر روی 60 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های کودکان مفید و امام حسین (ع) انجام شد. گروه مداخله آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد را به مدت 8 جلسه دریافت کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و سیاهه شادکامی آکسفورد (OHI) جمع‌آوری شده و با بهره‌گیری از SPSS نسخه 20 تحلیل شد. 
یافته ها: در مرحله پیش آزمون میانگین شادکامی در بین دو گروه اختلاف معنی‌داری نداشت (05/0<p). مقایسه شادکامی گروه مداخله نشان داد که تفاوت معنی‌داری در میانگین این متغیر و ابعاد آن بعد از مداخله مشاهده شد (05/0>p) در حالیکه چنین تغییر معنی‌داری در گروه کنترل در مورد شادکامی و ابعاد آن بجز بعد خلق مثبت وجود نداشت (05/0<p). به ترتیب 409/0، 397/0، 294/0 و 346/0 تغییرات واریانس شادکامی و ابعاد رضایت از زندگی، حرمت خود و انرژی مثبت توسط متغیر مستقل تبیین می‌شود.
نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد شادکامی پرستاران را بهبود بخشیده است. این مداخله یک رویکرد قابل اجرا، بدون عارضه و دارای اثربخشی تایید شده است و لذا می‌تواند به عنوان یک برنامه توسعه حرفه‌ای توسط مراجع ذیصلاح به بیمارستان‌ها معرفی شود.
