خطر ابزارآلات الکتریکی در مراکز درمانی: یک مرور سیستماتیک

چکیده:   (363 مشاهده)
سابقه و هدف: نشت جریان الکتریکی از تجهیزات پزشکی مراکز درمانی تهدیدی جدی است. استقرار سیستم بازدیدهای دوره­ای در جلوگیری از بروز خطرات برای کاربران، محیط زیست، اموال و تاسیسات الزامی است. این مطالعه مروری با هدف بررسی نتایج روش­ها، توصیه­ها و استانداردهای مربوطه انجام گرفت که در جهت کاهش خطرات الکتریکی ابزارآلات الکتریکی-پزشکی به کار رفته است.
روش بررسی: در این مرور نظام مند، اطلاعات مربوطه ازپایگاه های داده الکترونیکی PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus,Google و کتاب Electrical safety handbook استخراج شد. سپس نتایج حاصل شده براساس استانداردها و الزامات ایمنی نظیر ISO17025, ISO13485, IEC 60601  ارزیابی شد. 
یافته­ها: نتایج 151 مطالعه نشان داد، جریان الکتریکی دارای اثرات نامطلوب بر بدن انسان است. این اثرات رابطه مستقیم به میزان زمان و شدت جریان، مسیرعبور جریان، وضعیت سلامتی کاربر، عایق بندی ابزارآلات و اتصال به زمین دارد.
نتیجه­گیری: استقرار بازدیدهای دوره­ای، اقدامات فنی برنامه ریزی شده، نظارت های فردی، استفاده از تجهیزات ایمنی و هشدار دهنده عواملی هستند که در کاهش یا حذف آثار جریان الکتریکی بسیار موثر هستند.
