تاثیرتمرین تناوبی شدید و مصرف آلوئه ورا بر مقادیر آدیپونکتین و عملکرد سلول های بتا در موش های نر دیابتی

چکیده:   (2114 مشاهده)
سابقه و هدف: تمرین ورزشی و استفاده از گیاهان دارویی ابزار کمکی در پیشگیری و درمان دیابت است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر  بررسی  تاثیر  هشت هفته تمرین تناوبی خیلی شدید و مصرف آلوئه ورا بر مقادیر آدیپونکتین و عملکرد سلول های بتا در موش های نر دیابتی بود.  
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه تجربی، 32 سر موش صحرایی نژاد ویستار (دامنه وزن 260-240 گرم و سن 12 هفته­ای) دیابتی شده با استرپتوزتوسین به طور تصادفی به چهار گروه (کنترل، تمرین، مکمل، تمرین + مکمل) تقسیم شدند. گروه­های تمرین به مدت 8 هفته و هر هفته 5 جلسه و هر جلسه 2 تا 6 دقیقه  تحت تاثیر تمرین تناوبی شدید با شدت 90 درصد VO2max قرار گرفتند. گروه­های دریافت کننده مکمل روزانه 300 میلی گرم آلوئه ورا به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن به مدت 8 هفته و پنج بار در هفته دریافت کردند. داده­ها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل واریانس یک راهه ارزیابی شد.   
یافته ­ها: هشت هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید همراه با مکمل آلوئه ورا منجر به افزایش معنی­دار آدیپونکتین و انسولین در موش های نر دیابتی شد (۵/۰>P). ولی در مقادیر گلوکز و عملکرد سلول­های بتا تفاوت معنی­داری مشاهده نشد (05/0<P).
نتیجه ­گیری: بر اساس یافته­های تحقیق حاضر به نظر می­رسد تمرین تناوبی شدید همراه با مکمل آلوئه ورا می­تواند به افزایش آدیپونکتین و انسولین منجر شود و در نتیجه به بهبود وکنترل دیابت کمک کند.
