اثر بخشی یک دوره تمرین تناوبی شدید و مصرف گرده گل بر عملکرد شناختی و درصد سلول‌های سالم ناحیه CA1 و CA3 هیپوکامپ موش های صحرایی در معرض کادمیوم

چکیده:   (281 مشاهده)
سابقه و هدف: هدف، بررسی میزان اثر HIIT و گرده گل بر عملکرد شناختی و نرخ نورون سالم CA1 و CA3 هیپوکامپ موشهای در معرض کادمیوم بود.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه تجربی، 25 موش نژاد اسپراگ-داولی، با سن 8 هفته و وزن 258 g در پنج گروه پنج تایی شامل کنترل سالم، کادمیوم، کادمیوم و گرده گل (PO)، کادمیوم و HIIT (HIIT)، کادمیوم و گرده گل و HIIT (HIIT-PO) جایگزین شدند. ۴۰۰ mg/kg.l CdCl2 محلول در آب به همه گروه­ها به جز سالم خورانده شد. 200 mg/kg.l گرده گل در 2/4 میلی­لیتر نرمال سالین گاواژ به گروه های (PO/ HIIT-PO) خورانده شد و جهت تعیین حداکثر شدت تمرین آزمون افزایشی استاندارد بدفورد از گروه های HIIT-PO و HIIT گرفته و تمرین به آنها داده شد و آزمون شاتل باکس برای حافظه احترازی گرفته شد. نخست گروه کادمیوم با سالم مقایسه شد، در ادامه همه گروه ها با کادمیوم مقایسه شدند. 48 ساعت بعد با کتامین (50 mg/kg) و زایلوزین (20 mg/kg) بیهوش شده و هیپوکامپ استخراج و شمارش سلولی انجام شد، و با آزمون تی مستقل و تحلیل واریانس دوراهه نتایج بررسی شد. 
یافته­ها: کادمیوم نرخ نورون سالم CA1 و CA3 هیپوکامپ و حافظه احترازی را کاهش داد (05/0P≤). اثر HIIT و گرده گل باعث افزایش عملکرد تمام شاخص­ها شد (05/0P≤). اما تعامل این دو تاثیر معنی داری نداشت (05/0P≥).
نتیجه­گیری: گرده گل و HIIT با خاصیت آنتی اکسیدانی و افزایش بیان ژن‌های تنظیم‌شده با Nrf2  و PGC1α سبب افزایش نرخ نورون سالم CA1 و CA3 هیپوکامپ و عملکرد حافظه احترازی موش های مسموم شد.
